At Farington Moss St Paul’s C.E. Primary all Key Stage 2 children have the opportunity to learn another language. This will enable our children to thrive in a world-wide community, build confidence and gain a sense of achievement. Learning another language provides the opportunity to gain an understanding and appreciation of another country’s culture and traditions.
At St Paul’s we have chosen to teach French. We aim to teach French in ways that are imaginative, purposeful, well-managed and enjoyable. Children in Key Stage 2 will be taught approximately 30 minutes of French per week.
We are a happy and caring school, where children achieve well and make good progress.
