Cookie Policy

Last updated: 5 October 2026

This policy explains what cookies are, which cookies this website uses and how you can choose which ones you’re happy for us to use. You can change your choices at any time: open your cookie settings.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website saves on your computer, tablet or phone when you visit it. They let the website remember things, such as the choices you’ve made, and help it work properly and securely. Some cookies also help website owners understand how their site is being used.

How we use cookies

We keep cookies to a minimum. We use:

  • Strictly necessary cookies, which the website needs in order to work and stay secure. The law allows us to use these without asking first.

  • Analytics cookies from Google Analytics, which tell us how many people visit the site and which pages are most useful. We only use these if you say yes.

We do not use advertising or marketing cookies, and we never sell or share information about your visit for advertising.

Content from other websites

Some pages include content from other services. These services may use their own cookies or similar technology, which are covered by their own privacy policies:

  • YouTube - videos on our home page are shown using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), which does not set tracking cookies until you interact with the video.

  • Google Calendar - our school calendar may be shown using Google Calendar.

  • Microsoft Office Online - used to preview Word documents when you click the preview (eye) button.

  • Adobe Fonts and Google Fonts - provide the lettering used on the website. These do not set cookies.

Changing your cookie settings

You can change your mind at any time by choosing Cookie settings at the bottom of any page, or open your cookie settings now.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as “Reject all” automatically.

You can also block or delete cookies using your browser settings. These links explain how:

Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the website, such as the contact form, from working.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if the cookies we use change. If we add a new type of optional cookie, we’ll ask for your permission again.
